Published 28/02/24Today, the year 5 and 6 school councillors, Miss Lewis and Mrs Loach represented our school at the Oldbury Council House, where we joined with other local schools to have a debate. We even met with our local councillors too, Councillor Hackett and our question we were debating was ' is technology useful in children's lives?' We each took turns in saying our opposing argument. The children spoke with confidence and respect. We all enjoyed our morning and it is an experience we will remember!

Published 26/02/24Our brand new STEM club met this week to start an exciting project to build a running locomotive or vehicle from scratch! The club has been kindly sponsored by Primary Engineer which has provided us with the tools and equipment to run this club to a small group of children in KS2.
For the first week, the children had to become designers and think about what vehicle / locomotive / animal they want their construction to be and consider how they could make it. See their designs below!
